Umbrella, a contemporary café and restaurant in Al Khobar, partnered with Saudi Elan to develop a modern commercial kitchen designed for high-volume service and a diverse food and beverage menu. The project’s objective was to achieve a balance between functionality, durability, and energy efficiency within a compact and fast-paced environment. Saudi Elan designed and supplied a full range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, cooking lines, coffee systems, refrigeration, and dishwashing units. ensuring each was strategically positioned for seamless workflow. Comprehensive testing and commissioning validated performance reliability and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. By optimizing layout and equipment integration, Saudi Elan delivered a solution that enhanced service speed, food quality, and sustainability.
