King Khalid University required modern commercial kitchen equipment to support multiple canteens distributed across its expansive campus in Abha. The objective was to provide efficient, scalable, and hygienic kitchen facilities capable of handling high student and staff traffic while complying with health and safety regulations. The kitchens needed to optimize food preparation and service operations for diverse menus and large volumes.
Saudi Elan delivered customized kitchen design and equipment solutions tailored to the needs of each canteen location. This included energy-efficient cooking appliances, refrigeration units, and workflow-optimized layouts.
