Baba Kabaaz, an emerging restaurant brand specializing in Indian and Middle Eastern fusion cuisine, engaged Saudi Elan to deliver full-service commercial kitchen solutions across its expanding outlets in Saudi Arabia. The scope included design, supply, testing, and commissioning of advanced kitchen equipment capable of handling diverse cooking techniques while ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and hygiene compliance. Saudi Elan designed ergonomic layouts that optimize workflow between preparation, cooking, and service zones. Each site was furnished with high-quality tandoor ovens, fryers, cooking lines, refrigeration systems, and dishwashing units built for heavy-duty performance. Extensive testing and equipment calibration were conducted to ensure consistency and reliability across outlets. Through innovative design and technical precision, the project enhanced Baba Kabaaz’s operational agility, allowing faster service turnaround and superior food consistency.
