KING KHALID UNIVERSITY

KING KHALID UNIVERSITY

King Khalid University in Abha required a large-scale kitchen infrastructure solution capable of supporting multiple canteens distributed across its expansive campus. The project aimed to establish efficient, hygienic, and energy-conscious facilities that could sustain high-volume food preparation for students, faculty, and staff. Saudi Elan delivered a complete design, supply, testing, and commissioning solution tailored to the unique layout and operational flow of each canteen. The deployed systems included advanced cooking equipment, refrigeration units, and modular workspace layouts engineered for durability, ease of use, and regulatory compliance. Saudi Elan’s project management team worked closely with university administrators to ensure timely delivery, seamless integration, and adherence to safety and environmental standards. The new facilities have since enhanced campus-wide foodservice quality, shortened service times, and reduced long-term operational costs through improved energy efficiency and lower maintenance requirements. This project illustrates Saudi Elan’s ability to deliver scalable, institution-grade kitchen solutions that balance performance, safety, and sustainability across multi-facility environments.
