The Amala Kitchen project, commissioned by NEOM, formed a key part of the broader Amala initiative to develop a luxurious and sustainable community along Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast. Saudi Elan was tasked with designing, supplying, testing, and commissioning a commercial kitchen and laundry facility capable of efficiently serving an executive labor camp while meeting strict environmental, hygiene, and performance standards. The solution featured innovative, durable, and energy-efficient equipment engineered to deliver reliable, high-quality foodservice and laundry operations under demanding conditions. By optimizing workflow and minimizing maintenance requirements, the project ensured seamless, long-term functionality aligned with NEOM’s sustainability goals.
